Jin Xuan Bao has issued an update on the recall to include additional Mooncake products, due to the potential presence of undeclared peanuts and crustaceans. The products have been distributed in Ireland.The affected products are:
- Product: Jin Xuan Bao Mooncake Deluxe Assorted, Pack size: 910g, Best before date: 31/12/2024.
- Product: Jin Xuan Bao Mooncake Durian 2 Yolks, Pack size: 750g, Best before date: 31/12/2024.
- Product: Jin Xuan Bao Mooncake Taro 1 Yolk, Pack size: 750g, Best before date: 31/12/2024.
- Product: Jin Xuan Bao Mooncake Nuts 2 Yolks, Pack size: 750g, Best before date: 31/12/2024.
- Product: Jin Xuan Bao Mooncake Yellow Custard, Pack size: 480g, Best before date: 31/12/2024.
- Product: Jin Xuan Bao Mooncake White Lotus Paste 2 Yolks, Pack size: 750g, Best before date: 31/12/2024.
The undeclared allergens may pose a risk to consumers with allergies or intolerance to peanuts and/or crustaceans. Do not consume the affected products if you are allergic or are intolerant to peanuts and/or crustaceans.
