La Boîte à Grains Natural Pistachios recalled due to Salmonella

La Boîte à grains is recalling its bulk "PISTACHES NATURELLES" due to potential Salmonella contamination. The product was sold at their Gatineau location in Canada between June 11 and August 31, 2025.

The recalled pistachios were sold at room temperature. The recall is a precautionary measure following a national Salmonella outbreak linked to contaminated pistachios imported from Iran.

The recall was initiated in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) and is classified as a Class I recall. The issue was identified following alerts from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
