La Fudgerie inc. is recalling various pistachio-containing products due to potential Salmonella contamination. These products were sold at their Saint-Pierre-de-l'Île-d'Orléans location, two other stores, and a kiosk at the Grand Marché de Québec.

The issue was identified following a national outbreak of Salmonella linked to contaminated pistachios from Iran. The recall is classified as Class I, initiated as a precautionary measure.
