The French company Le Bouquet Normand - Lecanu - La Manufacture de Fecamp has voluntarily recalled its Rillette de Poisson due to a health hazard caused by non-compliant sterilization (Clostridium botulinum). The products were distributed in the Normandy region.The recalled products include:
- Rillette de truite, Rillette de safate, Rillette de maquereaux, Rillette de cabillaud, Rillette de haddock, and Rillette de saumon sauvage
- All in 90g and 200g sizes.
- Packing in 90 GR glass jar
-The products were sold between 01/03/2024 and 30/06/2027.
- Product to be stored at room temperature
