The recall is ongoing and affects 41 states across the U.S including AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MS, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, and WI.The product in question is the Meta Psyllium Fiber Capsules, available in 100 count or 160 count PET bottles, packaged 12 bottles per case. The recall involves a total of 21,428 cases. The affected lot codes for the 100 count bottles are 31661725G1, 32151725G1, 324211725G1, 32481725G1, 32611725G1, 32901725G1, 33131725G1, 33311725G1, 33411725G1, 33451725G1, and for the 160 count bottles include 31651725G2, 32171725G1, 32211725G1, 32411725G1, 32581725G, 32771725G1, 32911725G3, 32961725G1, 33171725G1, among others. The UPC for the 100 count bottles is 037000405146 and the best before dates range from 05/31/2026 to 10/31/2026.
