MyChai Inc has voluntarily initiated a nationwide recall of its Chai Tea Concentrate products due to a lack of production record. The recall is ongoing and affects a variety of the company's products.

The recalled products include MyChai Chai Tea Concentrate Original, MyChai Chai Tea Concentrate KALI, MyChai Chai Tea Concentrate Double, MyChai Chai Tea Concentrate Super, and MyChai Chai Tea Concentrate Original Double. These products are packaged in half-gallon plastic bottles with a shelf life of three years from the date of manufacture. The total quantity of recalled products is over 60,000 jugs.
