NAN 1 and Alfamino Infant Formula recalled due to Bacillus cereus in Denmark

Nestlé Denmark A/S is recalling several infant formula products due to the presence of cereulide, a toxin from Bacillus cereus, found in a raw material. The affected products were distributed in grocery stores and online platforms throughout the country in Denmark.

The issue was identified when cereulide was detected in an oil used in the formula. The recall was published on December 11, 2025, and updated in January 2026 to include more stores and batch numbers.
