Nestlé Australia Ltd has issued a recall for its Alfamino Infant Formula (0-12 months), 400g, due to potential cereulide toxin contamination. The product was sold in pharmacies, hospitals, and online across Australia.

The issue was identified due to the potential presence of cereulide, a toxin produced by Bacillus cereus. The recall was initiated on January 7, 2026.
