Pâtisserie Ayda Pistachio Sandwiches recalled due to Salmonella

Pâtisserie Ayda is recalling its pistachio sandwiches due to potential Salmonella contamination. The product was sold exclusively at their Roxboro, Montreal location between October 22 and December 16, 2025.

- Lot Targeted: Units sold between October 22 and December 16, 2025
- It was sold at room temperature, by order only.

The issue was identified following a nationwide Salmonella outbreak linked to contaminated pistachios from Iran. The recall is classified as Class 1 and was initiated as a precautionary measure.
