A pistachio bar is being recalled due to possible Salmonella contamination. The unbranded product was distributed across Ontario in Canada through Essence Bistro in Vaughan, Ketolibriyum in London, and Nature’s Emporium locations in Newmarket and Woodbridge.AFFECTED PRODUCT:
- Pistachio bar
- Was sold clerk-served
- Variable sizes
- With no UPC code
- From June 11 through August 26, 2025.
The recall is linked to an ongoing foodborne illness investigation being conducted by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). The recall was classified as Class II.
