Ehsan Foods Canada Ltd. has issued a recall for certain pistachios due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected products were distributed in Ontario and Quebec in Canada and are primarily intended for hotels, restaurants, institutions and retail.

The issue was identified during an investigation into a foodborne illness outbreak. The recall was initiated on November 4, 2025, and is classified as a Class 2 recall by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
