Pure Ground Ingredients, Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of its Organic Peppermint Leaf Powder due to potential Salmonella contamination. The product was distributed in California, USA.

- It is packaged in a box with a poly liner
- With a net weight of 581 lbs.
- The affected lot number is PEPO-5234171TZM-PW-858Q
- It is best if used by January 2028.
