FDA announced the recall of 40,000 lbs of Milled Brown Flax and 10,000 lbs of Milled Golden Flax by Scoular Grain Co due to the presence of foreign object (plastic). These products were distributed in Texas and Canada.The recalled products are:
- Milled Brown Flax - MBF9, 50lb bag. Lot: REG23268
- Milled Golden Flax MGDF, 50 lb bag. Lot numbers: REG23261 and REG23268
This recall was initiated on 11/2/2023 and its status is ongoing. Do not consume, use, sell, serve, or distribute the recalled products.
