####Update: Dec 05, 2024The food recall has been updated to include an additional product. This additional information was identified during the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's food safety investigation. The additional recalled product is:
- Brand: SunFed, Product: Slicer cucumbers, Size: Variable, UPC: PLU 4062, Codes: Sold from October 12, 2024 to December 4, 2024 inclusively, Additional Information: The product may have been sold loose or in bulk, with or without a brand name; Produce of Mexico.

The affected product is being recalled from the marketplace due to possible Salmonella contamination. This Food recall warning is a follow up to the Consumer advisory issued on November 28, 2024.
- Brand: SunFed, Product: Field cucumbers, Size: Variable, UPC: PLU 4062, Codes: Sold from October 12, 2024 to November 29, 2024 inclusively, Additional Information: The product may have been sold loose or in bulk, with or without a brand name; Produce of Mexico.

SunFed Produce, LLC has issued a recall for its SunFed Whole Fresh American Cucumbers due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected products have been distributed across Canada.
The recalled cucumbers are packaged in bulk cardboard containers bearing the "SunFed" label, or in a white box or black plastic crate with a sticker indicating the grower's name, "Agrotato, S.A. de C.V.". The recall applies to all sizes of these cucumbers.
Do not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected products.
