Thierry SCHWEITZER SAS has voluntarily recalled its product Cervelas Fumé, due to a suspected presence of Salmonella. The product was distributed in the departments of Moselle, Bas-Rhin, and Haut-Rhin in France between July 10 and July 26, 2024. The recall is expected to end on Monday August 19, 2024.

The recalled product is:
- Sold under the brand Thierry SCHWEITZER
- With the specific names CERVELAS FUME HVE and CERVELAS FUME.
- The product comes in two packaging options: a 14-piece pouch and a 4-piece tray, both under a protective atmosphere.
