The affected products distributed in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia & Wisconsin. The recall was initiated voluntarily on April 30, 2025, and classified as Class II by the FDA on June 2, 2025.
