- UPC: 0-77890-42135-2
- Lot Code: Best by AUG 10 2026 and Lot # DC 58171
- Additional Information: The best by date and lot codes are located on the back of the bag at the bottom

The issue was identified during routine testing. The recall was initiated on December 2, 2025.
