- With 500 packets per case.
- The specific UPC is 015051010021
- The affected lot codes are 152 (after 15:00) and 153 (any time).
- A total of 1,120 cases are being recalled.

The issue was discovered internally, leading to a Class II recall, which was initiated by the firm on June 4, 2026. The classification date was July 14, 2026.
