Bell Industries LLC has initiated a voluntary recall of its Zen Cleanse Blend herbal tea due to potential Salmonella contamination. The product was distributed to three customers in Massachusetts, Texas, and Wisconsin in the United States. It was not available to the public or on retail shelves.The recalled product is:
- Zen Cleanse Blend herbal tea
- Packaged in .95 oz (27g) pouches
- With 18 pouches per box.
- The UPC code is 819005011504
- It is from Lot A8205
- With an expiration date of November 2028.
- A total of 66 units are affected by this recall.
The issue was discovered internally, prompting a Class II recall, which was initiated on November 24, 2025. The classification date was December 19, 2025. The recall is ongoing, and no press release has been issued.
