I ordered a McFeast Chicken meal on 19th Feb at around 1pm. At about 3am on 20th Feb I started feeling nauseous and my stomach was cramping. Was vomiting the whole morning and I was so ill at one point I fainted in the bathroom. I love McDonald's but this has sadly put me off.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes
