- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

- comments: observed no hand washing sink in rear dish washing/prep area (bagging ice). Must install a hand sink with hot and cold running water and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: must clean debris build up from walk in cooler shelving units,counter tops under drink machines. Must defrost chest freezers.
