(in flight meal), Today, started slightly yesterday night Not 100% sure but probably a flight meal Flight number CX888 arrived in YVR at 9:25pm on May 19. Cause of food poisoning was probably an in flight meal, not sure which one. Symptoms are solely diarrhea | Symptômes: Diarrhée
