J'ai commenté le billet de quelqu'un d'autre selon lequel vous devriez tenir compte du lait (liquide) que vous consommez en plus des céréales, car en général, les produits d'épicerie tels que les céréales rendent rarement les gens malades. Bonne chance et j'espère que tu te sentiras mieux !
