17 of my colleagues having buffet dinner on 3rd January 2020. 8 of the colleagues having diarrhea, vomiting and fever on 5th January. 2 went for MC whereas the rest just taking generic medication. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Fièvre
