I only ate the all-inclusive food at the resort. I had about 36 hours of stomach cramps followed by vomiting. This started in the first early hours of day 2 of the holiday. Impossible to pinpoint the exact food as it’s buffet-style and I tried a bit of most things. | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes
