I got incredibly ill and was taken to the local hospital for extreme vomiting and diarrhea, which resulted in a low blood pressure. Recently had eaten at Zen, the Japanese restaurant. We were extremely cautious not to drink anything with ice, only bottled water, and did not brush our teeth from the sink. Required additional medical care once back in the USA. The cause is still undiagnosed, but symptoms have yet to fully disappear after 3 weeks. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
