- comments: procedure/plan for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events on site but has in-complete kit/clean-up items as outlined in policy. (necessary items at a minimum: gloves, face masks, disposable mops and appropriate sanitizer/spray that kills norovirus). Priority foundation violation 7-38-005,no citation issued.

- comments: observed no hand soap for hand sink at rear 3-comp sink area. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c),no citation issued today. (manager provided hand soap at this time)(corrected on site)(cos).

- comments: wiping cloths must be stored in a clean bucket with sanitizing solution.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and maintain interior surfaces of handsinks and 3 compartment sink with debris on premises.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle provided inside washroom. Management instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster overflowing with trash and dumpster lid not tight fitting. Must notify garbage disposal company for service and maintain dumpster with tight fitting lid to prevent pest nuisance. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b),no citation issued today.

- comments: instructed to clean, reorganize and remove unnecessary articles in rear storage and in unused kitchen area. Usable items (food and nonfood) must be stored 6' off the floor for easy access on cleaning.
