I went to McDonald’s Wednesday 20th March 2019. I had a quarter pounder meal (without cheese), medium chips and a coke. An hour or so later I began hearing my stomach making odd noises. The symptoms began at 6:30am in the Thursday and continued all day and night. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée
