On 13/10/16 at about 745pm my boyfriend and I went to this McDonald's drive through and my boyfriend has caught serious food poisoning. He ordered the new South African stacker as a meal and at about 3 in the morning he started throwing up and afterwards he just cannot stop. Whenever he tries to drink or eat he just throws it straight back up and he has now got a temperature and is really achey. We are not happy about this as he's really sick and he can barely move, something has to be done about this. | Symptômes: Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements
