I went to McDonald’s at 6:30 last night and had a double cheese burger, fries and an apple pie. I then went to a pub quiz but didn’t drink and felt symptoms at 1:30am where I was throwing up and had diarrhoea | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements
