On Saturday October 31ths I bought a mcdoble , mcchicken and small fries which I typically get that from the dollar menu . The day after I felt nausea and notice some fever I didn't pay much attention until Monday November 2 I got severe diarrhea and higher fever and in Tuesday I was at the hospital . When the doctor ask me what did I possibly eat that would made feel that way I said " Mcdonals" in that same moment I vomit | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre
