Whent in to get a mega melt for my breakfast. Brought a mega melt. Latter on in the day started to feel all fever ish and acking. Then having to keep running to the toilets. Did not eat anything eles all day. Also there was flies flying around and the lettuce looked brown. It did not look fresh | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre
