Order Number 1 meal. About 3 hours after eating, got sever stomach cramps. Could not work any longer left work early. On the way home had to stop several times to use restrooms as diarrhea and vomiting started. My vacation starts now however not sure I am up to it at this point. Right now I am looking at 3 hours of running to the bathroom every 15 minutes. Drinking per my doctors instructions but told if continues should go to ER tonight. (great way to start vacation.). I do believe I am done with Wendy's. (usually would not blame a company if there could be other causes but Wendy's is all I ate today.) | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
