I had a case of food poisoning from the same location earlier this year. I filed a claim. An insurance company representing WF concluded their investigation and found no wrong doing. And offered me $50 GC to ... WF. LMAO! One could wonder if the investigation was unbiased. I recommend you file a claim. Btw: The insurance company, Kernaghan is a National Independent Adjusting Firm retained by Whole Foods to investigate their claims. The financial arrangement between the two companies is confidential. The specifics of their investigation are confidential. Of course. LMAO x 2
