Ordered a super jumbo hotdog sandwich. After 30 mins I felt dizzy and felt like I'm going to throw up. When I got home from work, 6 hrs later, I vomitted all I ate at 711 and I had stomach ache and high fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
