Had a Teen Combo, 30 minutes later had to pull car over - had the "runs". Woresened all day, next day in bed, fever, vomiting, back ache, diarrhea. In bed 2 daysm saw physician - confirmed food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
