We had the breakfast close to noon on Monday Apr 30 at Beacon Hill A and W. We started feeling stomach upset late afternoon followed by cramping, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting all evening and night. I called to let them know. Neither of us ate anything else until late morning the following day. We drank a bit of sprite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
