Stomach ache diarrhea headache eat at the A & W in Espanola Ontario had teen Burger now I feel like crap and that is the only thing that I had to eat today. I know what place made me sick it was A&W in Espanola Ontario it is the only place I eat at I had a teen Burger and my mother in-law and I spit a onion rings with are burgers she had the uncal burger and I am still sick | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache
