Chicken Strips Cause Illness - A&W, Dryden Ontario

My partner and I ordered two sets of 5 piece chicken strips. We both ate them September 28th in the evening. I experienced hot flashes and fever the 29th, and on the 30th both my partner and I had diarrhea and fevers and nausea. The diarrhea has now become constipation as of October 4th, we are both still having fevers and nausea and food seems unappetizing
