Got a chicken strip combo with chipotle 2 days ago, ive puked a twice, went number 2 at least 30 times, couldn’t fall asleep cause of nausea/stomach pain, and all my muscles are sore. Took a Covid test and tested negative. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Stomach Pain, Soreness

I had the exact same thing a couple months ago, except it was a burger and rings. Vomiting and diarrhoea the next morning. Someone needs to investigate this A&W.
