My partner ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich around 4 pm yesterday Saturday November 22nd in the drive thru at this location. After paying at the window the lady working told us that it would be 4-5 minutes until the chicken sandwich was ready and that they would bring it out to the parking in the front.After the day he has had today it is clear that they must have rushed cooking the chicken in this sandwich as he has spent over 7 hours today with severe stomach cramps, and VERY frequent puking/diarrhea. He also has fever and chills that have not stopped all day. It is currently 9 pm so it has been over 24 hours since consuming the food. Of course we tried gravol, Powerade etc. however he was not even able to keep any liquids down until about an hour ago and STILL has yet to eat a single bite of food today.
This is an absolutely terrible thing to watch someone go through and it sounds like this isn't an uncommon issue for A&W. Wanting to spread for awareness!! So disappointing and they need to held accountable. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
