Burger Illness: Severe Reaction - A&W, Sherwood Park Alberta

3 years ago reported by user-bcqww759 business

A&W Canada, Wye Road, Sherwood Park, AB, Canada

99 Wye Road, Sherwood Park, T8B 1M1 Alberta, Canada

April 30, 2022, My son-in-law and daughter went to their location inside Walmart for a burger. My SIL fell ill shortly after. He couldn’t even drive his car so my daughter took over. They called me over in panic as he was turning blue. I found them pulled over on the side of the road with him vomiting and severely in pain. Full on nausea and diarrhea ensued. He was in this condition for at least 8 hours. It took him 4+ days to fully recover. We were just too busy to report officially as they were preparing for their wedding happening in the following weekend. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
