Ate a Teen Burger at 6 pm. By 3 am had a really upset stomach. Got up at 630 am with nausea and diarrhea. Felt like vomiting and finally did with diarrhea. Felt fine afterwards. First time feeling this way | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
