Severe Illness After Grande Plate - Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant, Amarillo Texas

Traveling from Oklahoma to New Mexico stopped and ate supper at approximately 7:00 pm at this location on 11/12/22. Stayed at a hotel in Amarillo last evening. Started dry heaving, vomiting, cramping, and severe diarrhea at 2:00 a.m. on 11/13/22. My 24 year old son is presently dehydrated and continue to dry heave at this time. He ate a dish called the “Grande Plate”. My son is 24 years old and otherwise healthy but deathly Ill due to eating here. He slept on the bathroom floor last night and is still lying on the floor. He stayed on the floor thru the night due to extreme diarrhea and vomiting. Thank God he is strong enough to fight this food poisoning for now. Likely going to the ER soon to get some type of treatment. I will add the receipt once things settle down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
