Felt sick, lots of acid in stomach, matalic taste in my mouth.I started eating Activia a couple years ago and at first it seemed to help my stomach aches. However, the last year or more I've been having scary symptoms of acid at night and shortness of breath and dizziness, nausea. I decided to stop eating Activia three weeks ago because some of some similar complaints from people online. I have been doing much better, not having as much acid and the nausea seems to have gone away. I know they say this stuff is good for the bacteria in your stomach, but I don't know, it might have had a different effect on me. I'm not pointing the finger at the brand, but my symptoms seemed to decrease night and day. I do have acid reflux and GERD, but I think this stuff was killing me. Maybe the dairy in it? I don't know. I don't know if food poisoning was the issue, but I have had a rough year calling hospitals at 2 in the morning, going to different doctors trying to figure out what was going on with me. All these things have gone away now that I've been off this stuff for a few weeks. I think I'm staying away for a while. The Stater Brothers by me has gone down hill, I would not be surprised if they left this stuff sit out somewhere.The product tastes great though. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Shortness of Breath, Acid reflux, Stomach Pain
