A health inspector found rodent activity as evidenced by rodent droppings found under an ice machine in the kitchen, under an ice bin at the wait station and under a booth in the dining room. The inspector also found seven “basic violations. Those basic violations included a build-up of food debris on the floor under the cook line and prep tables, missing ceiling tiles, dead roaches at the end of the bar, grease accumulation in the oven and equipment in poor repair.
