Inspectors found spoiled dough sheets and lettuce found inside a walk-in cooler on Tuesday. The rotten food was removed during the inspection.
Five Turkestan cockroaches were on the floor near a sink, Tuesday’s report said.
In addition, the restaurant lacked paper towels at its sink, and raw cod was outside its proper holding temperature.
