Had been taking half scoops of AG1 for about a month without any problems. Then one day had really bad diarrhea. After I went to the bathroom I felt better. Has AG1 the next day and had the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had. Was throwing up so violently that my stomach muscles hurt for several days.
I will say I didn't refrigerate it after I opened it. The warning to do so was very small and at the bottom of the bag. I thought that was the reason so I threw the bag away and waited for my next bag to come. Only took a quarter scoop to see if it would be OK. Nope. Didn't throw up, but had diarrhea, felt nauseous and had a headache. Canceled subscription. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
