Pork belly and scallops, Ate at 9 pm wed 9 th august by 10.30 was feeling hot and cold and very nauseous plus stomach cramps and headache . Took paracetamol and anti sickness pill . All day Thursday felt ghastly . When stopped anti B sickness pill, vomited Friday 11 th august twice . Still temp and headache and dizzy | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Fever, Dizziness
