Purchased a Lean Cuisine Tortilla Crusted Tilapia frozen dinner a few days ago. Cooked it tonight. Within hours I had bad heartburn but went to bed anyway hoping it would go away. It did not. I couldn’t sleep and then my stomach started making very loud noises and I became gassy. A few hours of suffering I finally had to run to the bathroom and projectile vomit the meal. Shortly after, I had diarrhea. I usually have a strong stomach so this was bad. I hope it’s not something like Listeria again. Ugh. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Heartburn
